Argentine Tango was born in the late 1800's in Buenos Aires, and has been changing and evolving ever since. It is a beautiful dance form that provides endless opportunity for improvisation and playfulness.

Everyone will learn to lead and follow.
No need to bring partners, we switch regularly.
7:00-8:00 Fundamentals- Turns II:
Introduction to all the basic turns in tango. Move easily around the floor, in and out of turns. This series is ideal for new dancers, or experienced dancers working on fundamentals, or the other role.
8:00-9:00 Fundamentals- Practica
Stay for the practice led by some of the advanced students. We will review the material from the first class, and other tango basics.
8:00-9:00 Intermediate+ - Changing Axes in Turns II:
How does the turn axis move between lead and follow? How do you transition smoothly between turns and other moves?
November Series starts 11/1/22 Topics: Close Embrace
11/1/22 Milonga de los Muertos Hallowe'en Milonga 9-11
Milonga/Practica:
9:00-11:00 -get your fix of alternative and classical music

Cost: October series (4 classes)- $40 ; students $32 drop-in before 9 (for 1 or both classes)- $12; students $10
