Tuesday Night Tango in Palo Alto
TNTango is BACK!!
To keep everyone as safe as possible, we will require proof of vaccination and masks. Either bring your card, or send a picture of your vaccination card to leslie@tntango.com, and we will add you to the list.
There will be no events in June, but we will start again 7/5/22.

Argentine Tango
Argentine Tango was born in the late 1800's in Buenos Aires, and has been changing and evolving ever since. It is a beautiful dance form that provides endless opportunity for improvisation and playfulness.
May Series (5/3 - 5/31 2022): Turns!!
Progressive series with Leslie Gordon
Everyone will learn to lead and follow.
No need to bring partners, we switch regularly.
7:00-8:00 Fundamentals- Introduction to Turns:
Introduction to all the basic turns in tnago. Lean to easily move around the dance in and out of turns.. This series is ideal for new dancers, or experienced dancers working on fundamentals, or the other role.
8:00-9:00 Fundamentals- Practica
Stay for the practice led by some of the advanced students. We will review the material from the first class, and other tango basics.
8:00-9:00 Intermediate+ - Mastering Turns:
Improve your technique and expand your repertoire. We'll cover the full range: molinetes, walking, chains and spins, and develop techniques for both leads and follows..

July Series starts 7/5/22 Topics: Ochos and Wraps
Milonga/Practica:
9:00-11:00 -get your fix of alternative and classical music
-various DJ's
-large wooden floor to try your biggest
and wildest moves!
Cost: May series (5 classes)- $50 ; students $40 drop-in before 9 (for 1 or both classes)- $12; students $10
drop-in after 9- $5; students $3
