Argentine Tango was born in the late 1800's in Buenos Aires, and has been changing and evolving ever since. It is a beautiful dance form that provides endless opportunity for improvisation and playfulness.

7:00-8:00 Fundamentals- Close Embrace 101:

One of the differemces between argentine tango and other partner dances is the option of dancing in a very close embrace. It's a lot of fun, but can be intimidating at first. We will get you comfortable with the basics in close embrace. Everything that you need to know to get you having fun with any partner. This series is ideal for new dancers, or experienced dancers working on fundamentals.

8:00-9:00 Fundamentals- Practica

Stay for the practice led by some of the advanced students. We will review the material from the first class, and othe tango basics.

8:00-9:00 Intermediate+ - Mastering Close Embrace: The Pleasures and the Perils-
