January Series (1/7-1/28 2014): Ochos and Sacadas

Progressive series with Leslie Gordon

Everyone will learn to lead and follow.

7:00-8:00  Fundamentals-  Playing with Ochos:

Get comfortable with walking, ochos and playing with the feet. Start having fun right away. This series is ideal for new dancers (bring your friends), or experienced dancers  working on fundamentals.

8:00-9:00  Fundamentals- Practica

Stay for the practice led by some of the advanced students. We will review the material from the first class, and other tango basics.

8:00-9:00  Intermediate+ - All About Sacadas:

Explore the space between your partner's feet, and truly integrate sacadas for both leads and follows into your social dancing. We'll focus on sacadas from oprn embrace, and look at what follows can do in social tango to encourage them.
